The DREAM Workbook was created by Tessa, a self-taught entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience. Throughout her journey, Tessa has explored various businesses and recently became a business mentor assisting many start up businesses. The workbook was inspired by Tessa’s homeschooling journey with her two youngest children. Her youngest child started her first business at just eight years old, making soaps and selling them as a pop-up stall outside their local coffee shop. This venture led Tessa to establish a local “kids market,” which quickly grew to include 100 young entrepreneurs showcasing their stalls.

To bring the DREAM Workbook to life, Tessa partnered with Crystal, a long-time friend of over 30 years. Crystal brings a wealth of knowledge in business management, community project management, customer service and administrative expertise to the project. Having dreamed of collaborating for years, Tessa and Crystal saw this as the perfect opportunity to combine their skills and shared passion for empowering the next generation of young entrepreneurs.
